RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ShopSayra.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges on products purchased from our online store within 21 days of delivery. Please note that products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.*

For opened and used products eligible for return, we offer reimbursement in the form of an electronic gift card valid at ShopSayra.com, following the terms outlined in this policy.

Each customer may return or exchange up to three items within a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, a new return may be made once 365 days have passed since each return or exchange was processed.

Please note that shipping costs, including priority or expedited shipping within the United States, are non-refundable.

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned due to manufacturer specifications. These include tools, devices, makeup, supplements, and specific brands including:Rescue MD DNA, iS Clinical Skincare, Le Mieux, Omnilux, Elta MD, Circadia. Additionally, products purchased during promotional events such as Black Friday-Cyber Monday are considered final sale.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate a return, please send your item(s) to the address provided below using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. For your protection, we recommend insuring your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to damage or error.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please include your name, billing address, and date of purchase with your return.

Returns are typically processed within 14 days of receipt by ShopSayra.com.

FREE SAMPLES & DEDUCTIONS

If your purchase included free samples, these must be returned unopened and unused. Failure to include free samples or returning them used may result in a deduction from your refund or store credit, up to the value of the samples received.

 

CANCELED ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at sayra@shopsayra.com with your name and order number. Please note that submitting an email does not guarantee cancellation. If your order has already shipped, follow the return instructions outlined above.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT (USA ONLY)

In the event of a defective product, please notify us at sayra@shopsayra.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a return label and require the original product to be returned to us for inspection. Once received and approved, a replacement will be shipped within 7 business days. Defects reported after 48 hours may not qualify for return or exchange, and additional shipping fees may apply.

RECEIPT OF INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will email you a return label for the incorrect item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will promptly ship the correct product to you. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

While allergic reactions can occur, they do not automatically qualify for a return under this policy. Please consult with a healthcare provider if you experience an allergic reaction.

REWARDS POINTS

Returning a product will deduct any rewards points earned from your account for that purchase.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return policy guidelines. ShopSayra.com reserves the right to refuse refunds for returns that do not meet these criteria. Multiple return requests are subject to review, and refunds may be denied for products returned more than once.

REVISIONS

ShopSayra.com reserves the right to update the terms of our Return & Refund Policy at any time. Revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting. If any terms are deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the policy will remain in full effect.
